Semi-realistic view on the pokemon Altaria. In doing this I have found that blue on blue on blue is even worse to do than black on black on black. Guh. That and white wings are a nightmare. I tried to make the background dark, and that just ended up blending the feather tips into it. I was like, "That's not what's supposed to happen!"

I feel as if the body of the Altaria could have used more detail, but I like it.
